Bouchot Mussels

Bouchot in French for "mussel bed", which referrers to the unique technic used in this mussel's cultivation. They are grown on ropes that are attached to wooden pilings only in the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, France.

Mussels can be steamed, pan-roasted, or even made in a soup and go well with garlic butter, curry, or even mustard sauce.
