Fluke

Usually around 3 1/2 feet in length, the Fluke can be found off the east coast of the United States.

This common flatfish is firm, sweet to the taste, and flaky when cooked. The fluke can be steamed, baked, pan-fried, or grilled. It goes well with extra olive oil and/or a sherry or even a dry white wine. If you are looking for a fish with zero carb content and very little fat, Fluke makes a very appetizing option.
